As a sponsor, your support makes this unique event possible and we cannot thank you enough for supporting our mission.
We’re delighted you will be joining us at the Women In Product Conference 2019, and would like to personally thank you for your commitment to celebrating women in product management.
On November 12, we’ll gather for a day of inspiration, connection, and actionable insights. Many accomplished female product leaders will take the stage to share the methods and mindsets that helped them tackle tough product challenges, and we’ll explore tools and strategies to navigate the career obstacles that many women in product currently face.
All of this is made possible by you, our sponsors, who are important allies in our efforts to make real change. We value your dedication to supporting women within the product management field.
We’re all looking forward to spending an amazing day connecting with 2,000 incredible women in product.
See you at #19WIP!

You may change your ticket details up to four days before the event, including name, title, etc. Please double-check these details, they will be what print on your badge! To make changes, log in to Eventbrite and follow these instructions.
I need a room! How do I get the group rate for the conference?
We've got you covered - book here by October 10 to receive our group rate!
How do I get to the conference? Is there parking on-site?
You can find conference directions, transit options, and parking information here. Parking at the hotel is limited and we encourage you to take public transportation. There are additional nearby public garages located at Ellis & O’Farrell and Mason & O’Farrell. If you are attending one of the ticketed PostCon Workshops, please see your ticket for location specifics.
Do I need a printed copy of my Eventbrite ticket for the conference?
Nope! We’ll email you a quick-scan badge to speed you through the check-in process, which you can save to your mobile device. At the event, you can also check-in with the name or email used to register, or text 19WIP to 878787 for a copy of your quick-scan badge. If you are attending a PostCon Workshop, you can check in with your Eventbrite confirmation.
I'm a new mom. Is there a mother's room at the conference?
Yes! We ask if you'll be using our Mother's Room's when you purchase tickets, but there is no official sign-up. We just want to be sure we have plenty of private spaces available in our Mother's Lounge.
I need childcare. Can you help?
Absolutely! Trusted is offering attendees of this year's conference a $25 childcare credit, redeemable toward in-home care on 11/12 - just use code WIP25.
Can I check my coat or bag?
We’ll have a hosted coat check at the conference. There will not be attended coat checks at Wednesday’s distributed PostCon Workshops, but there will be space to stash your belongings in the training rooms. We recommend keeping valuables with you for your peace of mind.
What food and refreshment should I expect from Conference events?
Great question! Food (and coffee!) is important to us too. Here’s what we’ll provide:
Conference - We’ll start the day with light breakfast bites at our morning registration mixer, and lunch is provided. Coffee, tea, and water are available throughout the day; we’ve also included plenty of snacks and treats to fuel you throughout the day. We’ll wrap the party with our (em)power-hour networking reception, where you can deepen your new connections (or catch up with far-flung friends) over drinks and small bites.
Full-Day PostCon Workshops - We’ll have hot beverage and water stations running all day, with lunch provided at all locations. (Don’t have a workshop ticket yet? Grab one here before they’re sold out!)
A note on special dietary requirements: All meals will include at least one vegan/vegetarian option and we’ll have gluten-free choices (you can indicate these preferences on your Eventbrite registration.) We’ll also have non-dairy alternatives for coffee and tea. If your needs are more specific or you have allergies, we’ll break for an hour for lunch. The venue is centrally located in San Francisco's Union Square, surrounded by a multitude of dining options.
I have a conference ticket. Does that mean I have access to the workshops?
The PostCon Workshop + Conference are separate tickets. Naturally, we’d love to see you at both - but please note tickets are completely separate. Conference tickets do NOT gain access to workshops, nor do workshop tickets admit you to the conference. You can sign up for PostCon Workshop tickets here.
How do I make sure I've got the latest details, and connect with the WIP community around the conference?
Be sure not to miss our pre-con emails, where we will keep you up to date on all things #19WIP. We'll send you a quick-scan badge to speed you through the check-in process, as well as details on when you can download the official conference app, where you can pre-game your networking and schedule meetings with other attendees. Follow us on Facebook where you can join the WIP Facebook Community to meet other women going to the event. Connect with us on Twitter and Instagram, and subscribe to the WIP newsletter to never miss an update!
