The Women In Product Conference 2019's Post-Conference Workshops are hosted in distributed downtown San Francisco locations, so be sure to - check your ticket or see below for location details.

A few important notes about the Post-Conference Workshop tickets: 

  • These sessions will be hosted by local friends of Women In Product, so be sure to check the workshop description and your ticket for location details. 

  • These tickets are non-refundable: Once purchased, you cannot change your workshop.

  • Conference tickets do NOT gain access to workshops, nor do workshop tickets admit you to the conference.

Can I change the name or other details on my tickets?

Yes, these changes can be made on Eventbrite by the ticket purchaser. You may change your ticket details up to five days before the event, including name, etc. Please double-check these details so we can be sure to print your badge correctly! To make changes, log in to Eventbrite and follow these instructions

I can't make it. Can I get a refund?

Please note that Post-Conference Workshop tickets are NOT refundable and you cannot change your workshop selection once you have purchased a seat - these are limited opportunities and our trainers and hosts work hard to ensure a great experience. Please choose your workshop carefully! If you purchase a ticket and cannot attend, you can make a name change on the ticket (see above.)

How do I get there?

Can I check my coat or bag?

We won't have attended coat checks at Wednesday’s Post-Conference Workshops, but there will be space to stash your belongings in the training rooms. We recommend keeping valuables with you for your peace of mind.

What food and refreshment should I expect at the Workshops?

Great question! Food (and coffee!) is important to us too. Here’s what we’ll provide:

We’ll have hot beverage and water stations running all day, with lunch provided at all locations. 

A note on special dietary requirements: All meals will include at least one vegan/vegetarian option and we’ll have gluten-free choices. We’ll also have non-dairy alternatives for coffee and tea. If your needs are more specific or you have allergies, we’ll break for an hour for lunch. The workshops are hosted in downtown San Francisco locations, surrounded by a multitude of dining options.

I have a conference ticket. Does that mean I have access to the workshops?

Workshops + Conference = separate tickets. Naturally, we’d love to see you at both - but please note tickets are completely separate. Conference tickets do NOT gain access to workshops, nor do workshop tickets admit you to the conference. You can get #19WIP conference tickets here.

I'm attending the conference the day before my workshop. How do I get the group rate for the conference?

We've got you covered - book here by October 10 to receive our group rate!

How do I make sure I've got the latest details, and connect with the WIP community around the conference?

We’ll send regular emails leading up to the conference, and they’ll keep you up to date on all things #19WIP. The official conference app, which will be released in early November, will allow you to pre-game your networking and schedule meetings with other attendees.
